minMOG, LLC ("Company" or "We") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”).


This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our games or any online activities we own or control (collectively, the "Game").   • To enforce or apply our Terms of Use & License at www.minmog.com and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
  • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of minMOG, our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection.


Choices About How You Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the User Information you provide to us.


If you access the Game via a web browser, you can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. To learn how you can manage your Flash cookie settings, visit the Flash player settings page on Adobe's website. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this Game may then be inaccessible or not function properly.


We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.


Accessing and Correcting Your Information

Should you ever decide to delete your Game, you may do so by deleting it from your device. Even after you remove your Game, copies of information from your use of the Game may remain viewable elsewhere, but not identifiable to you.


Data Security

minMOG endeavors to safeguard user information to ensure that user account information is kept private and to protect it from loss, misuse, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized access. We use sophisticated security technologies to secure users’ information, user name, and password. We do not handle or store credit card information. We encrypt users’ information, user name, and password using Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us. SSL is one of the safest encryption technologies available.


We have implemented measures designed to secure your User Information and Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers behind firewalls using a nationally recognized cloud hosting provider. We do not handle payment transactions or any information pertaining to them.


Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your User Information and Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your User Information collected in the course of your use of our Game. Any provision of Personal Information by you, if ever, is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Game.

minMOG does not currently enable you to set up a minMOG account, so we do not collect a password, phone number, email address, or home city from you. This situation may change as our Game changes.
